Ruth holds a CRS (certified residential specialist) as well as a LHS (luxury home specialist) and has been one of the top residential realtors since the early 1980’s.

David started his real estate career in Massachusetts and holds the following designations: CRB (certified broker manager) as well as CIPS, (certified international property specialist) and has been accepted as a real estate expert in Massachusetts, Florida and U.S. federal courts.

David was a chief real estate officer for Royal Palm Savings and Loan in the 1980’s where he got his training as a “work out” specialist.

David has worked out or arranged short sales on both residential and commercial properties from the 100’s of thousands to the millions.
